Day 1: Ho Chi Minh arrival (-/ L/ D)
Arrival Ho Chi Minh City by flight….. Meet at Tan Son Nhat
airport. Transfer to hotel for check in. Lunch at restaurant. PM: City tour including: Opera House, Notre Dame Cathedral,
the Grand Boulevards and the Waterfront, War Museum, Lacquer ware workshop, Ben
Thanh market.Dinner on cruise with live music on Saigon River. O/N at hotel in Ho Chi Minh city
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi – Ho Chi Minh (B/ L/ D)
AM: Drive to visit Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground
tunnel network of approximately 200 kilometers constructed by Vietnamese
fighters during the long struggle for independence. Back to SGN. Lunch and
dinner at restaurant
PM: The sightseeing tour acquaints us with some major sights of the city. We pass the now-demolished wartime American Embassy before we visit the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975, we continue our trip on to Thien Hau Pagoda, the Cho Lon, Saigon's Chinatown, which is crammed with fascinating temples and mysterious, narrow lanes. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh – Ha Noi (B/ L / D)
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for departure flight to Ha
Noi by VN… Arrive Ha Noi, meet at Noi Bai airport. Transfer to hotel for check
in. Lunch at restaurant. PM: Visit temple of Literature, Old Quarter, Dong Xuan
Market, Hoan Kiem Lake & Ngoc Son Temple. Enjoy the traditional Water Puppet
Show. Dinner at restaurant. O/N at hotel in Hanoi
Day 4: Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi (B/L/-)
Breakfast at hotel It’s an early 0800 am start for pick up at your hotel in
Hanoi for the drive to Halong Bay.
Drive to Halong Bay (165 km east of Hanoi), listed as a World Heritage Area of
outstanding natural beauty. “Dragon descending to the sea“ as it is known in
Vietnamese legend, picturesque Halong Bay has more than 1,500 limestone islets
rising from the sea, many of them containing beautiful grottoes. Enjoy a
relaxing 4-hour boat trip through Halong Bay, fresh Seafood lunch is prepared
and served on board (please let us know if you do not eat seafood). Drive back
to Hanoi.
Accommodation at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 5: Ha Noi – Departure (B/ - / -)
Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure. Transfer to Noi Bai airport for departure
flight to
