Hoi An - Cua Dai Beach (lunch included)

Depart from your hotel by bicycle to the market, noisy and bustling in the morning with lots of vendors and goods arriving at the jetty and transferred to the market later. Driving through village roads of Hoi An and paddy fields. The biking gives you a good chance to visit local houses on the way to have a close look at daily life, learn how people earn their living, feeding animals such as buffalo, cow, pig, and poultry. Prepare yourself a Vietnamese meal at the kitchen of Red Bridge restaurant on the bank of Thu Bon river and taste your own made dishes.

After lunch boarding the boat with the bicycles and heading back to Hoi An. This short ride brings you through small hamlets situated on the bank of the river, known by traditional products of woodwork, pottery, silk, fish sauce … End the day with a drink at a river café, relax and get back to your hotel afterward.

Hoi An – Tra Que Vegetable village (light lunch included)

Pick up at your hotel and first make a visit at the lively market of Hoi An. Board on a motor boat and spend 20 minutes ride to reach Tra Que village. Bikes are ready there for a self drive through small village streets to a farmer’s house where you are explained about the establishment of this village and how vegetation keeps going on through centuries here. After practising on the farm under instructions of the host and visiting nearby garden, you could enjoy the specialty of this village, “Tam Huu”, rolled from mint leaves, shrimp and pork. In past time, this dish used to be served to honorable guests of the village during festivals or royal members only. Get back to Hoi An town on bikes.

Hoi An – My Son (lunch included)

Pick-up at your hotel and drive to My Son, once the holy land of Cham people. En route we visit a village specialized in making rice paper and brick and an ancient temple which is believed magical to local people where they could pray for their family. Upon arrival cross the bamboo bridge by foot and board a US army jeep for 10 minutes drive to the Cham ruins and temples.

Return to Hoi An for lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon is time to visit lantern and silk workshops, the two products of Hoi An well-known by its sophistication and elegant design.
